Kandy Care - Shipping Insurance

Kandy Care provides guaranteed protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. 

If a package is lost or stolen you will be responsible for filing a police report and sending in a picture of that report to our Customer Service team when you file your lost or stolen package claim.

For damaged packages, Customer Service will require pictures of the damaged/leaking products as well as pictures of the box and the original order number or picture of the packing slip.
