Kandy Care - Shipping Insurance

Kandy Care provides guaranteed protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. 

Head Kandy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  By purchasing the Kandy Care Shipping Insurance, your package will be protected if your shipment is lost, stollen or damaged.  This does not cover packages that have been sent to the incorrect address.  

For damaged packages, Customer Service will require pictures of the damaged/leaking products as well as pictures of the box and the original order number or picture of the packing slip. 

* Automatically added to your cart at checkout (popup blockers may keep Kandy Care from automatically being applied to your cart), if you choose to not participate in Kandy Care, you have release Head Kandy of all shipping/damage liability.

*Packages not covered by Kandy Care Shipping Insurance - the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to have their package resent to them.  Shipping costs will start at $15.00USD and go up from there.
