- All orders will be charged the same day they are placed, and will move to processing within 72 business hours of the order being placed. (You will get a tracking number. It might not update tracking immediately, as processing and transit time are different).
- Due to high volume, address changes, order cancellations, and order changes will not be accepted and or granted after an order is placed.
- We process the label first, then your order moves to picking and packing.
- Pre-Order Items: Please allow up to 45 days for processing. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entirety of the order will not ship until pre-order items are in stock.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. During peak times or large sales, this time frame may vary.
- We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.
- It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for USPS / UPS shipments.
- Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in the case of an incorrect address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.
- Unless otherwise noted, Head Kandy LLC does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees / taxes beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate on these costs because it varies widely depending on the receiving county. It is the buyers responsibility to be familiar these fees / taxes before purchase.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

* Product needs to be returned in like new condition, in original packaging. If package or product appears damaged or is not in original packaging, including the product tray, the refund will be denied.
* Please remove all hair and product buildup from brush before returning.
* Hair extensions excluded in this process, see below for hair extension policy.

* Once processed, credits should appear on your original payment method within 14 business days.

HAIR EXTENSION EXCHANGE PROGRAM:
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened HEAD KANDY Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with and tamper proof tape is 100% intact.
**Be sure to include the HAIR COLOR SWATCH from your set of HEAD KANDY Imposter Extensions as it is part of the full set of extensions! The SWATCH piece may NOT be dyed, cut or altered in any way in order to still receive an exchange or store credit for the extensions!**
- Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt
- Head Kandy does not accept CODs - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Email address and original order number are required for all exchanges.

- Imposter Hair Extensions must be in their original packaging, tamper proof tape 100% intact.
- Returning package must include: Imposter Hair Extensions, hair extension box (white box) and Extension color swatch and box, unaltered.
- Exchanges must ship via traceable method (USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx)

- Processing Time: 7-10 business days for the item “to be entered”. Once “entered” an email with your order confirmation will be sent to you, if your exchange item is out of stock, you will receive a store credit and be added to our notification restock list.
- By signing the attached document and returning your item(s) the customer acknowledges they are responsible for all shipping fees to Head Kandy.
WARRANTY CLAIMS: (APPLIANCES ONLY)
- All heated hair appliances have a limited lifetime warranty
The Head Kandy LLC Warranty, for appliances, is only eligible for the original purchaser of the Head Kandy appliance and is non-transferable. Original sales receipt for proof of purchase must be provided to attain warranty provisions. Head Kandy LLC offers a Pro-Rated Lifetime Warranty for all Head Kandy appliances. If an appliance is no longer sold or available, you may be eligible for an upgrade. Upgrade and warranty replacement fee may apply. Upgrade replacements will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
For lifetime from the date of purchase, Head Kandy LLC will replace, on its own accord, any Head Kandy appliance or parts found to be defective. This warranty does not cover any shipping or handling charges which may incur. This warranty does not include any damages caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, use with a voltage other than what’s marked on the product, or for commercial purposes. This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues to an appliance or acts of natural ware and tear.
