Kandy Care provides guaranteed protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. 

Head Kandy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  By purchasing the Kandy Care Shipping Insurance, your package will be protected if your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged.  This does not cover packages that have been sent to the incorrect address.  

• Automatically added to your cart at checkout (popup blockers may keep Kandy Care from automatically being applied to your cart), if you choose to not participate in Kandy Care, you release Head Kandy of all shipping/damage liability.
