Dip Powder Base Coat

💅 After prepping nails, Base Coat is your next step to a flawless manicure.

Dip Base Coat is specially formulated to promote a long-lasting, smooth manicure and bond dip powder to the nail.

Instructions for use:

1. Avoiding the cuticles, apply a thin coat of Step 2 Base to the entire nail surface, stroking out towards the tip of the nail.
2. Quickly dip the nail at a 45-degree angle into dip powder, coating the entire nail bed. Remove excess powder with your Dust Brush.
3. Repeat 2-3 times for more coverage.
   
4. Proceed with the next step to your manicure.
