What Is Gel Polish?

Gel Polish requires a UV/LED light to cure the polish and lock it onto your nails. Gel polish is more durable than regular polish and can last up to 2 weeks! This system works best for natural or full coverage artificial nails.

Below you will find step-by-step instructions for our gel polish system. Please reach out if you need assistance.

Step One: Wash hands and dry thoroughly. Remove shine by lightly buffing the surface of each nail.

Step Two: Apply Gel Polish Base Coat to each nail making sure to avoid skin and cuticles.

Step Three: Cure nails under the UV/LED Light for 60 seconds.

Step Four: Apply a thin layer of Gel Polish Color to nails. Avoid applying gel to your skin and cuticles. This will cause peeling.

Step Five: Cure under the UV/LED Light for 60 seconds.

Step Six:Apply a second coat of Gel Polish Color to nails.

Step Seven: Cure under the UV/LED Light for 60 seconds. If you would like more coverage, repeat steps six and seven.

Step Eight: Apply a thin coat of Gel Polish Top Coat to nails and cure under the UV/LED light for 60 seconds.
