Dip Powder Base Coat

Step Two is your Dip Powder Base Coat. Because it dries very quickly, you will want to do one nail at a time. For example, apply a layer (not thick) of Base Coat to your index finger and dip into dip powder at an angle. Using the opposite index finger, lightly tap the finger that the dip powder has just been applied to over the jar to remove excess powder. Repeat this process with each nail individually.

Avoid getting Step Two on your cuticles and skin. Dip Powder will adhere to areas where Step Two has been applied while it's wet.
