Dip Powder Top Coat

Step Four Top Coat is what gives your manicure a glossy shine and makes it last for weeks. Apply Step Four to each nail and allow to dry for two minutes.

When applying the first layer of Top Coat, wipe the brush on a lint free cloth before dipping the brush back into the bottle.

Make sure to also seal the free edge. Apply a second layer of Top Coat to all nails and allow dry for five minutes. After nails are fully dry, apply Nail Kandy Cuticle Balm.
